just wanted to write and share a snapshot of life here and to ask for your
help.</p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'mso-tab-count:1'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbs=
p;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Next
week I give a talk to a group of students on &#8220;My Identity in
Christ&#8221;.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>At 0-dark-hund=
red
I&#8217;ll walk the ten minutes from my apartment to the tram stop and then
ride the train four hours to be the main speaker at &#8220;NDay Nord&#8221;=
 in
G&ouml;ttingen.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>There, 40 stu=
dents
from all over northern Germany will meet for fun, to get to know each other=
, to
ask questions and to engage with their faith. I will share about what
influences how we see ourselves and how God sees us.<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>This is one of my responsibilities=
 as
stand-in student ministry leader while my boss and his wife take a six-month
sabbatical.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>I am looking forw=
ard to
a day of connecting with these Nav students!</p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'mso-tab-count:1'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbs=
p;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>A
prayer from my devotional* this morning made my heart sing!</p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'mso-tab-count:1'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbs=
p;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span><i
style=3D'mso-bidi-font-style:normal'>&#8220;Thank you&#8230;that nothing can
separate me from your limitless, intensely personal love&#8212;the one love
that is not the least bit based on how much I deserve it, the one love that=
 can
never lessen or fail.<span style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>Thank y=
ou
that you will never be disillusioned with me, for you already know all about
me: the past, present and future&#8221;<o:p></o:p></i></p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'mso-tab-count:1'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbs=
p;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>This
is what I am praying will happen at NDay Nord next weekend&#8212;that the
students will go away with just a bit more certainty cemented deeply in the=
ir
hearts that God loves them and that they grasp a bit more of their beautiful
identity in Christ as forgiven and loved.</p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'mso-tab-count:1'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbs=
p;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>To
be able to take part in this work and to continue to invest in the next
generation here, I need to address my funding needs.<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>In addition to monthly gifts from
committed ministry partners, I also depend on special year-end gifts to pos=
ition
me financially to participate in the ministry opportunities God
brings&#8212;like trips to G&ouml;ttingen next weekend.<span
style=3D'mso-spacerun:yes'>&nbsp; </span>I currently need to raise $8,200 in
year-end gifts.</p>

<p class=3DMsoNormal><span style=3D'mso-tab-count:1'>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbs=
p;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>Would
